📢 DIR-3 KYC Web — New Rule (Effective 31 March 2026)

👉 As per MCA amendment, Directors with DIN must follow these new rules:
1️⃣ If you have a DIN as on 31st March, you must file DIR-3 KYC-Web once every 3 financial years
2️⃣ The KYC filing must be done on or before 30th June of the immediately following financial year
3️⃣ If there is any change in your ✔ Mobile number ✔ Email ID ✔ Residential address
You must update it in DIR-3 KYC-Web within 30 days
4️⃣ Fees will be applicable as per Companies (Registration Offices & Fees) Rules, 2014
