📢 Important MCA Update for All Companies!

The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has issued General Circular No. 06/2025, dated 17th October 2025, granting relaxation of additional fees and extension of time for filing Financial Statements and Annual Returns under the Companies Act, 2013.

🗓 Key Highlights: ✅ Companies can file their annual filings for FY 2024-25 (Forms MGT-7, MGT-7A, AOC-4, AOC-4 CFS, AOC-4 XBRL, etc.) ✅ No additional fees if filed up to 31st December 2025 ✅ Relaxation provided due to the deployment of new MCA Version 3 e-Forms

⚠ Note: This relaxation does not extend the statutory timeline for holding AGMs. Filings made after 31st December 2025 will attract normal and additional fees as per law.
