📢 MCA Update: Due Date Extended for Director KYC

Good news for all Directors! The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing Director KYC (DIR-3 KYC) for the financial year 2024-25 till 31st October 2025.

👉 Who needs to file? Every individual who holds a Director Identification Number (DIN) allotted on or before 31 March 2025 must complete their KYC to keep their DIN active and compliant.
